Solid boutique hotel, I paid a relatively low price due to low/ rainy season, which made it good value for money, if at full Price there might be better options. good location, walking distance to the river, night market and Pub Street. Also only 2 min away from the Airport bus. Several good cafe options in the neighbourhood, Pool is nice and pool towels are provided, about 10 sunbeds, which was sufficient for the amount of people while I was there.

I was really impressed with how the staff handled the situation so well. Our room had a problem with the air conditioning, and they eventually changed our room and even upgraded us to one with a balcony and pool view on the first floor! The room was so spacious, with a comfy bed everything was perfect. Our previous room was also great until the aircon suddenly broke :) Not to mention, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They suggested many wonderful places to visit in the city and even helped arrange a tuktuk to the temple for us! Our driver was so wholesome and made the tour feel safe and enjoyable. We ended up extending our stay with them for 4 more days and booked all our tours and even circus tickets through the hotel. Their massage service is top service too, I highly recommend the aroma massage, which was absolutely perfect after a long day touring the temples. The swimming pool had great shade from the sun, making it very relaxing. The restaurant also served delicious food, perfect if you don’t feel like going out. But if you do, the location is ideal just a 10 minute walk to the Night Market and Pub Street. Everything about this hotel made us want to stay even longer! You’ll get everything you need and be satisfied in every aspect. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

We celebrated our 5-year anniversary at Central Indochine. This vacation was one of the best we have ever had, so much so we wouldn’t be able to explain it all in a review. First of all, Cambodian people are the nicest people you will ever meet, they simply cannot do enough for you, We intended to stay for two days then hop over to Vietnam, but we enjoyed the hotel so much so we just extended our stay for 1 week directly with the hotel . The experience captured every part of us and left us in awe. They were very friendly upon our arrival, provided us with a cool towel, delicious banana chips, and a welcoming drink, which was superb. The staff were generous and set up a massive room for us. Moreover, a beautifully arranged heart of roses was on the bed, making us feel very much welcome. The house keeping ladies were so sweet, they cleaned and changed our towels on every morning. The Staff suggested a nearby dinner show, which was tremendous. The costumes the Apsara dancers wore were amazing along with the rest of the show. The hotel set up a great temple tour for us with a nice and careful driver. We went to the popular Siem Reap temples, viewed sunsets at Bakheng Mountain, and at the floating village, and we even took a waterfall trip to Kulen Mountain. Furthermore, we also took the airport transfer provided by the hotel, which was also very helpful and safe. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary unforgettable. From check in to check out, everything was perfect! Honestly it was just perfect we can’t recommend it enough

Our group of four friends booked two rooms in this hotel. When we arrived they assigned us to a family connecting room which we really appreciated a lots! The room has a door in the middle that connects to the other room and each has its own separate bathroom. The decoration on the bed was absolutely gorgeous when we first entered and the bed itself was extremely comfortable for us. The garden and pool was beautiful and there was a really friendly cat named Sombor. At first we planned to stay for one night but the staff gave us a really great information about Kulen Mountain so we decided to extend our stay for another night with the hotel. We really enjoyed our experience on Kulen Mountain. the FO team arranged us a lovely driver and an amazing English guide who even taught us how to say hello and thank you in Khmer! We had such a great memories in this hotel. Thank you so much team for everything!

Excellent and quiet location: the airport bus station is just round the corner, and it's a nearly five-minute walk to the river and the night market. On the other side of the block there is also a very good restaurant adjacent to an equally good cafe. The hotel's exterior area is beautifully designed and well-kept as is the pool. The room itself is not impressive but big enough with good spaces, strong air-con, and very good flow of water in the bathroom. Breakfast includes some types of set menus, both European and Asian- don't hesitate to order the noodles- delicious and filling! The staff are really trying to do their best, being friendly, eager to help, and very sweet.

Staff here deserves a separate review. They go above and beyond to be helpful, and it doesn't matter what time of day it is. We didn't book the Angkor Wat tour through the hotel but that did not stop them from talking to the tour company and arranging them to pick us up from the hotel. The room we initially got had an issue with the airconditioner, but the reception promptly resolved it. We were amazed at the ingenuity of every staff member there. Location - The hotel is about 1 KM away from the pub street, shops and the riverside market but there was always a tuk tuk stopped in front of the hotel and 3 USD to get to the city center. Facilities - The rooms have all the basic facilities we expect, like toiletries, towels, and a really fast laundry service. (Laundry can be dropped off before 2.00 PM and collected the same day) : We booked massages at the hotel. They were so professional and did an amazing job for the weary feet after walking for more than 20000 steps. : The pool and the pool bar are available for a nice evening dip. : The restaurant at the hotel had some of the cheapest prices in Siem Reap for food and drinks. : The rooms are clean and they clean the rooms daily. : There is a station to refill water bottles at the lobby, and that was a great facility. Tours - You can always use an app to book a tour, and you can book tours through the hotel as well. We booked a Kulen Mountain tour that included a visit to the reclining Buddha, thousand linga, and the waterfall. The staff recommended the right time to visit, what we should take and booked us the nicest tour driver (without a guide) who was very professional, kind and recommended the best lunch place. Other things that may help, - The staff here are very responsive on WhatsApp, so use it to ask any questions, pre-book your free pick up from the bus station, book tours, or a massage. - You can pay from the card to this hotel.

Great value for the price with a convenient location just about 8 minutes’ walk to the main attractions in Siem Reap such as the Night Market, Pub Street, and plenty of good restaurants. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel doesn’t have a lift, but if you’re staying on the upper floors, the staff are happy to help with luggage, or you can request a room on a lower floor. The rooms are quiet at night, making it easy to get a good rest.

Nice hotel with swimming pool, The service was great, staff was all very polite and very helpful - they helped us get ticket and made reservation for dinner show and cooking class and even help us with directions as well. The room was very pleasant it was spacious with a great bed and its was overall clean and comfortable with all the appointed amenities to use within the room. Their tour service was also very reasonably priced, with a friendly and wholesome English speaking driver. The beef Lok Lak at their restaurant was delicious highly recommended! As for the massage, I suggest trying the Khmer massage, which is perfect after a long day of touring. I found it to be a great hotel for a reasonable price! Thanks to everyone !

The staff make this the best hotel in Siem Reap. They are so very kind, helpful, and attentive and the whole hotel, rooms and lobby are stylish and everything looks new and well maintained. The pool is fabulous, not too big and in afternoon nicely in shade, Great spot to rest after visiting the local temples. Me and my partner used one of the hotel tuktuk driver and we had a wonderful experiences and its was very reasonably priced. Their massage service is also fantastic we took the 60-minute aroma oil massage, and it really helped us relax after a long day touring the temples. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Siem Reap! Can recommend anyone looking for a great stay in Siem Reap!!

Everything was perfect the room, bathroom, bed, swimming pool and location! As for the staff, need a separate rating category because of how nice and hardworking they are. The breakfast isn’t bad acceptable enough to satisfy a morning appetite
